After reviewing the appearance data for Ireland players in the Premier League during the 2010s, we are delighted to announce Seamus Coleman as our player of the decade!
Coleman made more Premier League appearance than any other Irish player in the 2010s, appearing 257 times for Everton Football Club
Shane Long(254), James McCarthy(237), Glenn Whelan(235), Jonathan Walters(229), and John O'Shea(212) were the only other players to make more than 200 appearances during the decade
Coleman also started more games than any other Irish player. He was named in the Everton starting XI 237 times.

Shane Long was the top Irish scorer in the Premier League across the 2010s, with 48 goals, including only one penalty
