Thanks, Wes

Last Saturday against Leeds, Wes Hoolahan captained Norwich City on his last appearance for the Canaries, scoring the equaliser and assisting the winner in a 2-1 win.

During his time with the East Anglian side, Hoolahan was named the 2006/07 PFA League One Team of the Year, the 2009/10 PFA League One Team of the Year, the 2010/11 PFA Championship Team of the Year, was named the Football League Team of the Decade in 2015 and won the Norwich City player of the season for 2016/17

With 352 appearances in yellow, Hoolahan is joint 16th on the all time list of Norwich City players, level with defender Daryl Sutch. We've broken down his appearances and goals into these two graphs, developed with the Chart.js library.
